Neuro Challenge Foundation for Parkinson’s is seeking a compassionate, organized, and community-focused Care Advisor to serve individuals living with Parkinson’s disease and their care partners throughout Manatee County.
As a Care Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in advancing Neuro Challenge Foundation’s mission to improve the quality of life for people living with Parkinson’s and their care partners. Serving as a trusted guide and advocate, you’ll provide personalized support, education, and resource navigation while building meaningful relationships with participants, healthcare providers, and community organizations. Through compassionate care and strong community partnerships, you’ll help individuals and families access the programs, services, and resources they need to navigate their Parkinson’s journey with confidence.
