Donor cultivation is a huge part of this role. Constant touches — coffees, lunches, dinners, attending events, phone calls — will fill up a significant portion of this leader’s weekly calendar.

Business experience and fiscal responsibility lies on this candidate’s shoulders. Experience developing and managing budgets, preparing and monitoring financial statements are key responsibilities. This person must be able to lead a staff and make decisions while fostering a team atmosphere. The leader will be tasked with analyzing the impact and success rates of programs and services and providing data to support those analyses.
